In 2001, the Badger Reuse Committee, a formal committee of 21 representatives from federal, tribal, state and local government, as well as various stakeholders (local landowners & businesses, non-profit organizations), issued their Final Report on the Values, Criteria, and Concept Plan Map For the Reuse of The Badger Army Ammunition Plant Property, simply referred to as the Badger Reuse Plan. This Report has been the guiding document for planning and development of all land by the diverse landowners. The Alliance references the Badger Reuse Plan in all of its advocacy work, and is committed to being certain that landowners adhere to this guidance going forward.
