Join us for a 20th Anniversary Retrospective!

On Thursday, December 14th, three veteran Badger allies will share some of the most poignant stories and processes associated with decommissioning the former Badger Army Ammunition Plant beginning in 1997.  Join Curt Meine, founder of the Alliance, Gail Lamberty, long-term advocate for conservation at Badger and Mike Degen, former DNR liaison for the Badger Reuse Committee as they share their personal perspectives on Badger.  This week marks the 20th anniversary of the first meeting of what was to become the Sauk Prairie Conservation Alliance.  For these 20 years, the Alliance has been focused on supporting a “green vision” for the Badger Lands.

When:  Thursday, December 14   6:30pm

Where:  Ruth Culver Community Library, 540 Water Street, Prairie du Sac

Join us for a lively discussion, cake, coffee and cider. Also, we’ll be drawing several door prizes this evening!  Don’t miss the fun!
